Join us for a FREE 5K on the 2nd Saturday of each month, year-round. We'll bring our timing clock so you can track your progress, and we'll provide snacks and water.

Meet up for a Hamburg-area group run/walk every Saturday morning (starting 6/21/25) at 7:30 am. Check in at the John's Run/Walk Shop booth in the parking lot at 3090 Helmsdale Place in Lexington.
