Meet up for a Hamburg-area group run/walk every Saturday morning at 7:30 am. Check in at the John's Run/Walk Shop booth in the parking lot at 3090 Helmsdale Place in Lexington. All paces are welcome.

Then, join us for a FREE monthly 5K. We'll bring our timing clock so you can track your progress, and we'll provide snacks. You may even win a raffle prize!
